LSU Viola Professor Matthew Daline presents an evening of 20th Century chamber music words: “I would like to invite you to a contemporary chamber music recital at the LSU School of Music recital hall on Saturday, March 20th at 8pm. We will present a wide variety of repertoire that spans the 20th century; Schoenberg’s “Transfigured Night”, the Quintet of Walter Piston for flute and string quartet, and the “Carolina Reveille”, a relatively new piece by Paul Schoenfeld. It is always a pleasure to offer these concerts at LSU and I hope that you will join us.”
